Are your client referral and retention rates worthy of you?

Which of these relationship-oriented situations would you like to take to a higher level: client referrals, client retention, your overall performance, personal motivation, your effectiveness in meetings, or work related stress? Everything that comes to you in your business life will come to you through the people around you.

And let’s face it, professional training focuses on qualification and regulation and misses the emotional foundation that makes them work. Poor personal performance and missed opportunities result when your business relationships won’t reach their full potential.

In this highly interactive workshop designed specifically for Wealth Managers, you will be able to remove the barriers that prevent effective relationship, so that your client and professional relationships can work successfully for you.

What you’ll discover

9.30 – 5pm

  1. How to create opportunities by understanding how relationships work. You will explore two models of human interaction to find that you default to one automatically, limiting you, and that, you can increase the opportunities available to you by consciously choosing the other.
  2. That you can transform clients’ perception of you and your service by listening to them actively. You will see that how you listen to your clients determines how your relationships with them go. Your clients can experience being heard and appreciated.
  3. How to increase your influence with clients and colleagues by being able to consciously choose a more powerful perspective.
  4. How your personality impacts your relationships. You will see how you constructed your personality with its subconscious concerns, which, by their nature, are hidden from you. You will start to discover what these are. Your subconscious concerns run you while you are unaware of them. Once aware of them, however, you run them.
  5. How you can revive unsupportive relationships by identifying and addressing underlying real concerns, to positively impact your performance.
  6. How to communicate with potential clients so that they feel appreciated and your conversations with them are not perceived as, yet another sales pitch.
  7. Simple detox techniques for relationships you’ve given-up on.

Here’s what they say about the workshop:

● “I really enjoyed it and it gives me a lot to think about” ● “Very insightful” ● “Good fun. One of the best” ● “Tips on making business AND personal relationships work” ● “Simple tools for effective communication. Very good” ● “(I wanted to know) how to make my relationships work. (I got) some tools to do just that” ● “Some very insightful methods to handle relationships” ● “Can make a huge positive difference to relationships I had written off” ● “Different perspective, very interesting, good speaker” ● “Became a better listener” ● “. . extremely useful and had an immediate result when I returned to the office and asked a colleague to share his concerns with me rather than pushing him to deliver on the subject he had been avoiding!” ● “Great! Could also give the same course to the married or planning marriage!”

Playing Hamlet Training Ltd

Playing Hamlet specialises in working with executive and leadership teams to create with them a compelling future and to enable them to get there.

Strategy fails most often through poor implementation and will not be achieved with a leadership team focused on internal conflict and operational issues.

We work with you to align your team around a compelling vision of your company’s future and then create with them a high-level plan of how to get there.

What you get is:

  • A leadership team which is really a team, the members aligned on fulfilling their future
  • a shared, compelling vision of the future
  • a high-level plan, at least, of “how we are going to get there”
  • an appreciation of what it’s going to take to get there and a team commitment to get there
  • a team commitment to each others’ success

We take the executiveleadership team through a proven process to ensure that your organisation has in place the conditions that are critical to successful strategy implementation now and in the future.

The result is a powerful team that is aligned around its vision and knows how the company is going to reach it.
